Your item doesn't fit or isn't making you happy? Don't worry, you can always return or exchange them, it's easy and free.
To exchange or return your item just email us at [email protected] so that we can follow up on your request and exchange your item! Along with your order follows a DHL return ticket, and all you need to do is place it on the outside of the paper box and take your item to any DHL office near you. If you want, you can also do this by using the form in your Customer Area.
Item must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging, and with no signs of use, within 15 days of receiving the order. Et voilà - everything is set for your item to be picked up at the chosen address.
Item does not assume liability for loss or damage that occurred during the shipment of the returned item if you decide to do it autonomously.
Upon the reception of the item doesn't and the evaluation of its condition, the value will be fully credited using the same payment method.
